What the Monaro had that no other car, or that very few cars had and still has, is its sheer presence. The Monaro colour combinations on the exterior in all their model ranges, from the early HK GTS Bathurst to the HK Monaro range and 1968 onwards was extremely desirable. Surviving examples that remain today are very special and highly sought after especially those with the original driveline.
